Use the Size Chart to find the recommended form size. Locate the bra size at the top (band & cup size). Then follow the column down to the form style. For example, a size 36C - when followed down - will be a size 6 for the style 748 and 2027 forms, a size 8 for the style 1000 forms, and so on. Please note that this is just a guideline sizing chart and sizing may differ upon the customer’s circumstances.
