The number-one-selling physician scale in North America, Health o meter® Professional's 500 series primary care digital scale provides the optimum in quality, reliability, and ease of use. The Health o meter® 500KL and 500KG scales are designed to meet the needs of doctor’s offices, hospitals, clinics, and acute and long-term care facilities.
This eye-level digital scale features a market-leading 660 lb (300 kg) capacity; a built-in height rod in the scale column; a large, low-profile, non-skid platform that is dent proof and rust proof; a reinforced base for added stability; and wheels for portability.
The scale's user-friendly digital interface includes BMI, tare, reweigh, lb/kg conversion, and more functions. The scale has 12 operating functions and six user settings. The 500 series scales have the option to add Pelstar wireless technology to interface with a computer, EMR software, or other electronic device. There are also optional "live" wraparound handlebars (500HB) that can be added to new or existing scales
Options for the 500 series include pound and kilogram versions (KL); kilogram only scales (KG); models with built-in Pelstar wireless technology (BT); models with wraparound handlebars (HB); and scales that include an AC power adapter (AD)
